On behalf of the Goose Festival Association, I would like to invite you to attend Sumner’s Wild Goose Festival as a vendor.  Saturday, October 28th is the main day for events and vendor sales.  Vendors will be placed down Center Street.  Events are scheduled throughout the day on Saturday. 

Time:  9:30am to 5pm for regular vendors. Food vendors are encouraged to stay throughout the night.

Deadlines:
Booths are reserved first paid first served. Must have vendor fee paid by October 1, 2017.  No refunds even due to inclement weather. Please keep this letter for your records & return only the second page.

BOOTH PRICING:


Regular 12 foot no electric $25

Regular 12 foot with electric $50

15 foot food booth no electric: $50

15 foot food booth with electric: $60


Extra feet: $1 per foot

Electricity is very limited. Vendors must supply their own extension cords, tables, and chairs.  Extension cords should be 100ft in length and 12 gauge.  110/30 amp electricity available (no 220 available).  A tented cover is recommended but not required.   Food vendors it is helpful if you could bring your own trash receptacle for in front of your booth, we will provide the dumpster for that trash to go in.

Not all food vendors that request a spot will get a spot; we want variety and all food vendors to do well.

 

Set up time for Saturday morning is 8am (or before). 
Booths should be set up by 9am and CARS OFF THE STREET.    Your vehicle CANNOT be parked at your booth unless you sell directly from it, not for storage purposes.  Vendor parking will be provided.

In consideration of being permitted to participate as a vendor at the 2017 Wild Goose Festival, the undersigned vendor releases the Sumner Wild Goose Festival Association and their officers, and members (the "Released Parties") from liability for damages or loss of any kind to any property of the vendor, during the setup, take down, or during the period beginning at 4 p.m. Friday, October 27th through Sunday, October 29th 2017, at Sumner Wild Goose Festival caused by whatever reason, including the negligence of the Released Parties.
